This Refund Policy explains when and how Musclesbonejoint provides refunds for consulting sessions, guided challenges, and educational products purchased through musclesbonejoint.world or via direct invoice. It supplements our Terms of Use and does not limit rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

2. Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a remedy if a service fails to meet consumer guarantees—for example, if delivered with due care and skill is not met. This policy describes voluntary refund practices beyond mandatory remedies. If a conflict arises, ACL rights prevail.
3. Consulting and guidance sessions
3.1 Cancellation by you
- More than 48 hours before a scheduled session: full credit toward rescheduling or refund of prepaid fees upon written request.
- Between 24 and 48 hours: 50% credit or one rescheduled session within 30 days.
- Less than 24 hours or no-show: fee is non-refundable unless we can reallocate the slot.
3.2 Cancellation by us
If we cancel due to facilitator illness or studio closure, you may choose a full refund or priority rescheduling at no additional cost.
3.3 Dissatisfaction
If a delivered session materially differs from the written scope agreed in your proposal, notify us within 7 days with specific concerns. We will offer a follow-up session at no charge or a partial refund proportional to unused deliverables. We do not provide refunds based on subjective dislike of general informational guidance where services were delivered as described.
4. Multi-week programs and challenges
For fixed-length organization or cooking challenges:
- Withdrawal before the start date: full refund minus any third-party fees we cannot recover.
- Withdrawal during week 1: 75% refund of remaining weeks.
- Withdrawal during week 2: 50% refund of remaining weeks.
- After week 2: no refund for remaining weeks, but you may transfer your place once to another household member with our approval.
Materials already delivered digitally remain licensed for your personal use even if a refund is granted for unused portions.
5. Educational digital products
Downloadable workbooks, checklists, and video primers are non-tangible goods. If you experience technical failure preventing access, contact us within 14 days for a replacement file or refund. Change-of-mind refunds apply within 14 days of purchase only if files were not downloaded or streamed beyond 10% of total runtime. We verify access logs before approving change-of-mind requests.
6. Bundled offerings
When consulting and digital products are sold together, refunds are calculated separately according to the relevant sections above. Any promotional discount is allocated proportionally across components.
7. How to request a refund
Email assist@musclesbonejoint.world with your full name, purchase date, invoice reference, and reason for the request. We acknowledge within two business days and decide within ten business days unless additional review is required. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible.
8. Processing time
Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on banks and card issuers. We are not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.
9. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve issues directly. Unfounded chargebacks may lead to suspension of future bookings.
10. Tax invoices
Refunds adjust GST amounts on original tax invoices. Revised documentation is emailed when applicable.
11. Updates
We may update this Refund Policy; the date in the hero section shows the current version. Purchases made before an update follow the policy in effect at purchase unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
